  Staff very friendly, rooms neat and tidy, access to gym equipment on 1st floor FREE, excellent location. Reasonable surcharge for carpark ( which is usual in most city centre hotels I've stayed £7/day) although Limited space so recommend pre-booking.

  Very good location - The breakfast has very limited choices, we stayed for 14 days having every day the same things to eat (Eggs. sausage, bakon). We asked for some cheese and they offered for just 2 days (and after asking it)...
  The room was narrow with limited furniture and the bathroom cold.
  Staff was very helpful, except just one person in the breakfast service, who looked like being annoyed to have to serve foreigners. This can be overlooked because the other staff was excellent - friendly.

  Great staff. Nice hotel, however, pricing has become a bit muddled and now charge for parking. Was much better when privately owned.
